Oct. 10: Marty Gary, executive secretary of the Potomac River Fisheries Commission, will discuss the recent Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission actions regarding menhaden harvest quotas when he addresses a meeting of the Northwest Chapter of the Maryland Saltwater Sportfishing Association at the Patapsco Council No. 1960 Knights of Columbus Hall at 1010 Frederick Road in Catonsville.
