The Maryland men's lacrosse team remained No. 1 in the Rating Percentage Index despite a 12-10 loss Sunday to visiting Ohio State, the Terps' second straight week atop the Division I rankings.

Loyola Maryland's RPI moved up from No. 7 to No. 5. The Greyhounds (10-3) are the top seed in the upcoming Patriot League tournament and will host the semifinals Friday and the final Sunday.

Johns Hopkins rose from No. 10 to No. 6. The Blue Jays (9-3) will host Maryland (10-2) on Saturday for the top seed in the Big Ten Conference tournament.

Albany (10-2), Duke (12-2) and Yale (10-2) remained at Nos. 2, 3 and 4, respectively. Denver (10-2), Notre Dame (6-5), Syracuse (7-5) and Virginia (10-4) rounded out the top 10.

Navy moved up one spot, to No. 16. The Midshipmen (9-4) are the No. 2 seed in the Patriot League tournament.

Towson (5-7) leaped four spots, to No. 24. UMBC (5-7) remained at No. 44, and Mount St. Mary's (4-9) moved up two spots, to No. 53. All three teams will play in the NCAA tournament only if they win their respective conference tournaments (the Colonial Athletic Association, the America East Conference and the Northeast Conference).
