Digest: Hawks sign guard Gary Neal (Towson) to 10-day contract

The Atlanta Hawks signed guard Gary Neal (Towson University, Calvert Hall, Aberdeen) to a 10-day contract. Neal, 32, last played in the NBA with the Washington Wizards in 2015-16. He was most recently with the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League. He has averaged 9.9 points in 350 career NBA games.
Men's college swimming: Johns Hopkins senior Andy Greenhalgh was named the CollegeSwimming National Swimmer of the Week for Division III for the second time in his career. Greenhalgh picked up a pair of record-breaking wins Friday in the Blue Jays' double dual meet at New York University.
