The Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards will host "An Evening with Randy Edsall" at 5:30p.m. Aug. 1.

The event will include a cocktail reception and a presentation about the new Maryland football coach's plans for the program. Admission is free to Legends Club members and $50 for nonmembers.

Towson-Maryland game: Towson will make tickets for the Oct.1 game at Byrd Stadium in College Park available to season-ticket holders, Tiger Club donors and Doc's Army members in a pre-sale from Monday to July 31.

The remaining tickets will go on sale to the public Aug. 1. Towson has a limited number of tickets; they are $38 apiece.

Navy: Navy will hold its Football Fan Fest/Media Day from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 6 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. There will be a $5 charge for parking, and admission to the event is free.

Bowie State: Sterling Grant-Jones (Edmondson), who finished his career last fall, was named to the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.

Morgan State: Senior Andre Nelson, senior Tyrone Hendrix and sophomore Chris Flowers have been selected to the College Football Performance Awards FCS Kick Returner of the Year watch list.
