Here we were all concerned with the injury suffered by Minnesota Vikings All-World running back Adrian Peterson, who was named in the top five running backs of all-time in our Five For Friday feature this week, but that seems to be the least of his concerns.
After the Vikings' 29-26 loss to the Ravens, all he could do was complain about the officiating and getting pelted by snowballs thrown by Ravens fans:
Yo, Adrian, that's what happens when it snows. People throw snowballs. Worst fan experience? You clearly haven't played in Philadelphia during the snow. Fans there nail Santa with snowballs.
We'd be worried more, by the way, that your team lost the game. But that's just us.
For all the fans who may have thrown snowballs your way, we sincerely apologize. They should have been escorted from the stadium. We do hope you have a happy holiday and we hope your injury is minor. You really are a tremendous player.
And one more thing: If a snowball is headed your way, duck.
