Steve Smith Sr., like most of America, probably not voting for Donald Trump

Among likely Republican voters in Maryland, Donald Trump is a solid favorite two weeks before the state's presidential primary.

Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. might not be a likely Republican voter, nor even registered to vote in Maryland. But if he were, "The Donald" probably would not be able to count on his support.

Trump on Wednesday bewildered a Pittsburgh crowd by asking, "How's Joe Paterno? We going to bring that back? How about that whole deal?" The former Penn State coach has been dead since January 2012. A Trump spokesman later clarified that he was talking about the bronze statue of Paterno that once stood in front of Beaver Stadium.

This struck Smith as rather unpresidential.

The full post read: "Being the Prez means u need to know things. Be well rounded.  Donald Trump is more likeDonald Duck. Dumb [butt]!!!"

His coach might have at one point agreed with the candidate's stance on immigration, but Smith seems to be among that 67 percent of Americans who have an unfavorable view of Trump. Only David Duke has been less popular.
