9. Tampa Bay Rays (42-36; LW: 7)

Losing two of three at home to each of the Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays is no way to cement your legitimacy, but like the Orioles earlier in the season, it’s hard to gauge their results on what they’ve been doing. Over the next few weeks, they’ll add back starters Jake Odorizzi and Matt Moore, plus first baseman James Loney and catcher John Jaso. The Orioles better build a lead while they can.
