The Orioles are allowing fans who had tickets for Sunday's rain-delayed game to come back for one of eight remaining home games (not including Monday's game against the Nationals, which was also included in the arrangement).
Sunday's tickets must be turned in at the box office window to exchange them for new tickets. Even if the fan stayed for Sunday's game, an eventual 5-3 loss to the Astros after more than four hours of delays, they are welcome to receive a new ticket to one of the games listed below.
- Tuesday vs. Washington Nationals
- Monday, August 29 vs. Toronto Blue Jays
- Tuesday, August 30 vs. Toronto Blue Jays
- Wednesday, August 31 vs. Toronto Blue Jays
- Thursday, September 15 vs. Tampa Bay Rays
- Friday, September 16 vs. Tampa Bay Rays
- Sunday, September 18 vs. Tampa Bay Rays
- Friday, September 23 vs. Arizona Diamondbacks
"It was certainly an unusual circumstance, and we cannot recall a time when we have allowed fans to exit and re-enter hours later," Orioles public relations director Kristen Hudak wrote in an email to The Sun. "Knowing that Major League Baseball and the umpires were prudently going to wait as long as necessary to get the game in, we elected to proactively offer this flexible re-entry opportunity to fans who wished to exit and come back later."
