The Orioles will invite 17 non-roster players to big league camp.

The Orioles announced their list of 17 nonroster players who will receive invitations to major league spring training.

The list includes top prospects such as right-hander Hunter Harvey, first baseman Trey Mancini and catcher Chance Sisco.

Hoes, who was recently designated for assignment, cleared waivers and was outrighted to the minors, will be a nonroster player in big league camp. But another player recently outrighted, infielder Joey Terdoslavich, was not invited to major league camp.

Left-handed reliever C.J. Riefenhauser was designated for assignment last week when the Orioles acquired right-hander Odrisamer Despaigne in a trade with the San Diego Padres, so he could be invited to big league camp if he clears waivers and is outrighted.

Taking into account players already on the Orioles’ 40-man roster, which is full, the spring training roster is currently at 57 players.
