NFL Power Rankings after Week 4 Games

Most of the NFL's top teams had byes this week, leaving more room for changes in the bottom half of our top 10 Power Rankings, and changes there were. Goodbye to New England and Carolina, who played like dogs. Hello, Detroit, and welcome to a world where someone thinks you're not frauds.
