Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco ended the season with the eighth-best selling jersey at Dick's Sporting Goods.

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco, it appears, is finally emerging as the marquee player on the team -- at least when it comes to jersey sales.

The season-ending Dick's Sporting Goods jersey report, which tracks sales at the store and its website, has Flacco as the eighth-highest selling jersey in the league, one spot behind Patriots quarterback Tom Brady but ahead of the likes of New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

In the most recent NFLPA rankings I can find from October, Flacco was in the mid-30s, so maybe this particular store is more popular among Ravens fans than anything else.

It should be noted that according to the store's data, Flacco got a huge spike in jersey sales around June 18 and again on Sept. 11, the latter of which coincided with the height of the Ray Rice scandal.

Flacco's jersey is also extremely popular with women, who account for 23 percent of his jersey sales.

Other Ravens in the rankings include outside linebacker Terrell Suggs (ninth among defensive players) and inside linebacker C.J. Mosley (11th among rookies). The Ravens, as a team, ranked 11th in Dick's Sporting Goods' rankings.
