'Joe Cool' strikes a pose as part of the Mannequin Challenge

"Joe Cool" lived up to his nickname after throwing a touchdown pass to tight end Darren Waller in the third quarter of the Ravens' 28-7 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Baltimore on Thursday night.

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco struck a fist-pump pose as part of the Mannequin Challenge, the latest viral craze in which people freeze in a pose. He later did it again after a two-point conversion to fullback Kyle Juszczyk, stopping a high-five in midair.

Flacco said after the game that he got the idea from his teammates in the locker room. He added that after the second pose, the referees warned him that he was coming close to a team choreographed celebration, which could draw a penalty flag.

"I probably looked like a big-time idiot, and I'll get made fun of when I go upstairs to see my family and all that, but it was fun," Flacco said after the game.

It looked like that may have already started last night as former Raven Justin Forsett tweeted: "Was Joe doing the mannequin challenge or was my tv acting up?"

But Flacco (and his teammates, who posed in the locker room after the victory) is in good company: first lady Michelle Obama and the NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers did the Mannequin Challenge at the White House this week.
