A projected forecast of severe cold accompanied by blustery winds has forced UMBC to postpone Saturday's season opener at 1 p.m. against No. 6 Johns Hopkins (1-0). The game has been moved to Wednesday, March 30 at 7 p.m. at UMBC Stadium in Catonsville.

That postponement also meant another change in the Retrievers' schedule. A home contest against Mount St. Mary's on Tuesday, March 29 at 7 p.m. has shifted to Tuesday, April 12 at the same time.
