Although he was knocked out of the Redskins' 21-17 win over the Detroit Lions in the second quarter Thursday with a concussion, quarterback Robert Griffin III could play against the Ravens next Saturday.
Mike Jones of the Washington Post tweeted this morning that "Source says RGIII's concussion isn't believe to be severe and it's possible he could play next week against Baltimore."
Before being knocked out of the game with a shoulder stinger and concussion, Griffin was sacked three times and fumbled twice.
Backup quarterbacks Colt McCoy and Kirk Cousins each threw a touchdown pass in the win. Griffin completed 2 of 5 passes for eight yards on four possessions.
The Ravens play the Eagles in Philadelphia this Saturday at 7 p.m. before facing the Redskins next Saturday at M&T Bank Stadium. It's a 7:30 p.m. start.
