17. Boston Celtics: Rodney Hood (SF, Duke)

Parker garnered all the headlines -- and for good reason -- but Duke wouldn't have been the (regular season) team it was without Hood. He's a matchup nightmare because of his ability to stroke it from downtown as well as penetrate and throw it down off the dribble. Unlike some players entering the NBA, Hood has a clear-cut position at the 3. Hood could be a valuable option down the road for Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo.
