Student successes

Scott Andrew Roman, of Reisterstown, graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland, College Park with degrees in material science engineering and physics. Scott was a 2012 graduate of Franklin High School.

Allison Heisler, of Reisterstown, and Hailey Hyman, of Owings Mills, earned dean's list at James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, for the spring 2016 semester.

Holly Schneider, of Reisterstown, was named to the president's list at James Madison University for the spring 2016 semester.

London Fitzhugh, of Owings Mills, graduated from the University of Mount Union, in Alliance, Ohio, May 7.

Caroline Elizabeth Edgar, of Reisterstown, graduated from Clemson University, in South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology May 7.

Claire Ganem, of Reisterstown, earned dean's list at Nazareth College, in Rochester, New York, for the spring 2016 semester.

The following Reisterstown residents earned dean's list at Bucknell University, in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, for the spring 2016 semester: Madison Farley, Quinn Flaks, Anna Gorman, and Caroline MacLure.
