Saying farewell to an amazing community

Dear readers,

For the past two years, I have served as editor of the Community Times. During that time, I have had the chance to share the news with the communities of Reisterstown, Glyndon and Owings Mills.

Through my work, I have been able to learn more about the ROMG area and the people who call it home. I have learned just how kind, giving and unified the people of these communities can be. I have been able to share stories of hope, perseverance, kindness and strength.

I have gotten to know some amazing readers, and I have had the chance to work with talented, dedicated writers, as well. I have been truly lucky to have been able to serve as editor with such a wonderful group of correspondents.

These past couple of years have taught me so much, and I am proud to have served as the editor of such a worthwhile publication. But, unfortunately, my time as editor of the Community Times has come to an end. Moving on to other endeavors is bittersweet, as I leave behind a publication and a readership I have come to love and appreciate. But I am eager and excited to see where the future takes me.

Thank you to the ROMG community for welcoming me and allowing me to share your stories, your passions, your events and your news. I look forward to staying connected with the area in the years to come.

All the best,

Elaina Clarke
