Wednesday, Nov. 4: "In Control." This four-week program, which meets at 6 p.m., is designed to help you quit smoking for good. Free nicotene replacement therapy is provided. Saturday, Nov. 7: "Starry Like van Gogh." For school-age children. At 11 a.m., students will be introduced to artist Vincent van Gogh and will be able to create their own starry night landscape with art teacher Raeann Soto. Registration is required.

Sunday, Nov. 8: "NaNoWriMo Write-In." For adults. At 1 p.m., stop by the library meeting room to take advantage of a quiet collaborative space.

Monday, Nov. 9: "Teen Time." For teens. Join the library at 2:30 p.m. for games, crafts, movies and more.

Tuesday, Nov. 10: "Teen Time." For teens. Join the library at 2:30 p.m. for games, crafts, movies and more.

"Lego Fun." For school-age children. Create with Lego blocks at 6:30 p.m. Registration is required.

Wednesday, Nov. 11: "Baby Story Time." For ages birth to 23 months old with an adult. Connect with your baby through stories, rhymes, bounces and songs, followed by a play time at 10 a.m. Registration required.

"Preschool Story Time." For ages 2 to 5 years old with an adult. Interact with your preschooler by enjoying stories, songs and activities at 11 a.m.

"Visionary Explorers." For teens. Tap into your imagination by creating art projects with the help of experts from the American Visionary Art Museum at 2:30 p.m. Registration is required.

"Chapter Chasers." For school-age children. Join the library every second Wednesday at 7 p.m. to discuss the monthly book pick. This month is "Among the Hidden" by Margaret Peterson Haddix.

"Get Cookin': A Build-a-Basket Workshop." For adults. Learn tips and tricks of designing and customizing your own basket creations for the culinary genius in your life at 7 p.m. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required.
