"Wednesdays at 7: History of African Americans in Owings Mills. Join the library every Wednesday at 7 p.m. for this program for adults. This week, Kathy Aspden, of the Baltimore County Historical Society, will discuss the history of Owings Mills, with an emphasis on the history of African Americans in the area.
