Watch live: U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings lies in state at the U.S. Capitol

The late Rep. Elijah Cummings will lie in state in the U.S. Capitol on Thursday, joining an exclusive list of people to receive such an honor.

The Baltimore Democrat’s body will lie in National Statuary Hall. A ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. and feature a wreath-laying ceremony, a performance from the Morgan State University choir, and remarks from leaders such as Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
