Maryland's former governor has said he will not seek the Senate seat Barbara Mikulski will vacate in 2016. But the buzz continues to surround the anticipation of Martin O'Malley announcing a campaign for president.
After this past weekend, when O'Malley visited Iowa, that buzz only grew.
