Aide to former Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Paul Schurick, pictured, is on trial facing two counts of conspiracy and one count each of election fraud and obstruction of justice. He along with political consultant Julius Henson, are being accused of planning an election-night "robocall" to voters in Baltimore and Prince George's County, telling them to "relax" and that Governor Martin O'Malley and President Barack Obama (who was not on the ballot) had been successful in that day's election.
