Debra Hale, a senior staff accountant for Stoy, Malone & Co., Towson, was named the professional development chair of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants New/Young Professionals Network. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University and joined Stoy, Malone in 2008. She currently resides in Towson.

Century Engineering has announced that Stephen Tossey, has earned the Building Energy Modeling Professional certification from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers. The ASHRAE certification program attests to an individual's ability to evaluate, choose, use, calibrate and interpret the results of energy modeling software when applied to building and systems energy performance and economics.
