The Cromwell Valley Park Council is hosting "Arts in the Park" this weekend on the front lawn of the Sherwood House at the park, 2002 Cromwell Bridge Road.
Scheduled on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 11, from noon to 5 p.m., the event is sponsored by the Towson Arts Collective, the nonprofit that promotes the arts in the community.
The event will be a weekend of entertainment and art, with local artisans working and discussing their works with visitors. Rain or shine, it will showcase local fine artists, crafters, literary art, music, wine, food and classic cars.
There is no admission fee but a donation of $5 per car is requested for parking. For details, email Towsonartscollective@gmail.com. The schedule is as follows:
