Due to the threat of inclement weather, County Councilman David Marks has postponed the Feb. 8 informational meeting regarding the Towson Circle III development to Wednesday, March 7.
The meeting, which will feature members of the Baltimore County Office of Planning and developers of the project, will begin at 7 p.m. at the East Towson Carver Community Center.
