Jane Sawyers, bartender extraordinaire at the VFW Post 8185, celebrated her birthday on Tuesday, Jan. 21 while stuck inside during that very snowy day. Jane shared her cakes with the partygoers that evening – in between the eating and the dancing and the silent auction betting. When the dust cleared, Jane had raised more than $1,000 for the VFW's National Home for Children.
