Havre de Grace man sent to shock trauma after crash in Aberdeen

A Havre de Grace man was flown by Medevac to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore July 11 after his pickup truck hit the back of a tractor-trailer in Aberdeen.

The victim was released the next day.

Aberdeen Police Lt. Fred Budnick said Stephen Norman, of Havre de Grace, was driving on Beards Hill Road near Paradise Road in a Ford Ranger pickup at about 3:21 p.m.

According to police, Norman's pickup hit a Sterling flatbed tractor-trailer, driven by Troy Snidow, of Aberdeen, as Snidow's truck was making a right turn onto Paradise Road.

Norman was flown out for a potential head injury, Budnick said.
