Baltimore County emergency crews responded to an accident involving a car and a tractor-trailer on Interstate 83 in North County on at 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, Nov. 1, a county spokeswoman said.

The driver of the car, who rear-ended the tractor-trailer in the southbound lanes just north of Exit 27, near the crest of a hill north of Mount Carmel Road, was transported to York General Hospital with unspecified injuries.
