We the undersigned whole heartedly support the reelection of Mayor Craig A. Moe and Councilman-at-Large Michael R. Leszcz.
Mayor Moe has for 20 years championed the city of Laurel not just locally, but also on a state and national level. He has planned and controlled development and community awareness. He is a visionary with a keen sense of how to run a major city like Laurel, all the while accounting for each and every one of your tax dollars. Through his leadership our citizens have received (and rightfully so) his commitment to make sure they receive the best possible services.
Councilman Leszcz has 15 years of loyal service to the Laurel community. He has worked with the administration to improve safety, sidewalk contours, crossings, sight lines, throughout the city and to add period Victorian lighting to Main Street. His work with the administration in moving the development along of undeveloped land in the city resulted in the Centre at Laurel shopping center. In doing so he provided for the repair of failing storm water systems under the Route 1 and Contee Road intersection. It also helped facilitate the flow of traffic and all at no direct cost to the citizens of Laurel. He has an extensive history of working with the county, state and municipal governments, all the while representing Laurel, with an eye on improving our city.
These are just a few of the reasons why we are hoping that you will join us on Election Day to return Mayor Craig A. Moe and Councilman Michael R. Leszcz to office.
