City offices will be closed both Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28 and recycling and refuse collections will change next week because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Recycling collected on Thursday or Friday will be collected early, on Wednesday, Nov. 26. No Laurel Department of Public works refuse collection or leaf collection will be made on Nov. 27 or 28.
There is no change to Wednesday's commercial refuse collection or Wednesday's recycling collection.
