Laurel residents Anthony and Julie Garris announce the birth of a daughter, Gabriella Elisabeth Garris, at 8:08 p.m at Howard County General Hospital. She weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce and was welcomed home by twin brothers Griffin and Braeden, 2.
Dennis Garris is her paternal grandfather, and maternal grandparents are Brian and Mary Bixler, of Laurel. Great-grandparents are Al and Trude Brisbais, of Laurel.
