The Howard County Public School System Fine Arts Advisory Council is seeking members to get involved with providing arts curricula and other student learning experiences. Anyone passionate about theater, dance, music or the visual arts is invited to attend the meeting on Monday, ept. 17, 7-8:30 p.m., in the Board Room, 10901 Route 108, in Ellicott City.
