Area Realtor sets his sights on publishing with New York Times Best-Seller

My pal Pat Hiban, of Clarksville, could easily double for the Energizer Bunny. The successful Realtor and his partner, West Friendship's Mike Sloan, leave no stone unturned in their dynamic and energetic approach to business.

Lately, the rest of the world is learning about Pat and his success in the real estate business. On Sept. 26, Hiban's book, "6 Steps to 7 Figures," was released to great reviews. The book is currently ranked No. 6 among the nation's top-selling books and has made it to several best sellers lists, including the New York Times.

Hiban outlines the history of his success in business and includes many of the antics that have made him a familiar presence in Howard County, including dressing up as Dracula to attract the attention of his customers.

In addition to his real estate business, Hiban has had success in achieving personal goals as well. In 2008, Pat reached the summit of Africa's Mt. Kilimanjaro, a lifetime goal and one that he is proud to have pursued and achieved. One customer review on Amazon.com cites the book as "A must-read for anyone who wants to succeed in life."

Pat is thrilled with the response to his book. Congratulations, Pat.

Don't forget that Sunday, Nov. 6 is the day to turn the clocks back one hour. Easy reminder. "Fall back."
