Reservoir and Wilde Lake battled through regulation and into overtime before a winner could be determined Tuesday afternoon.
Reservoir dominated the overtime period but had trouble getting the ball on goal. The Gators' fortunes turned when a Wilde Lake defender blocked a goal with her foot and a penalty stroke was called with 2:34 left in the first overtime
Reservoir's Rachel Brown stepped to the line and made the stroke. It was her first goal of the season.
After a scoreless first half, Reservoir's Megan Maloney scored with an assist from Alexa Spearman 5 minutes into the second half. That score held until Wilde Lake tied the game on a scramble in front of the cage. Adrianna Shoemaker's goal with 35 seconds left sent the game into overtime.
