I was pleased to see your Aug. 22 cover story about my neighborhood school and two of the many highly skilled teachers there. Mrs. Koza and Mrs. Dower have taught two generations of my friends and family. They are kind, devoted teachers with remarkable patience and proficiency.
Dedicated teachers, wonderful administration and a newly renovated building make me proud to send my children to Phelps Luck Elementary. Thank you Mrs. Koza and Mrs. Dower for your dedication and thank you Columbia Flier for highlighting my neighborhood school.
