Notre Dame University head basketball coach Mike Brey will conduct a half-day basketball clinic for coaches, basketball fans, players and parents Saturday, Oct. 5 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Leadership Gym in Lansdowne.

The BWI indoor league has open registration for all girls lacrosse teams in middle and high school.

On Sept. 21 The First Tee Howard County is having a used golf club sale at Fairway Hills from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Irons are $5 each, hybrids and woods are $10 each. Bags, shoes and umbrellas are $5 each.
