Reservoir kept its momentum going in the right direction Monday, handling visiting Hammond 68-34 for the team's fifth straight victory.
The Gators, who improved to 12-5 in county play and 14-6 overall, had 11 different guys score against the Golden Bears (0-17, 0-20). Seth Henry (14 points) and Matt Christian (11) each scored in double digits and eight other guys had four points or more.
Hammond, meanwhile, was led by 12 points from Nate Washington and nine from Mike Anderson. It was the second time this season that Washington has scored in double figures.
Reservoir, which raced out to a 37-13 lead by halftime, has now won each of the games during its current winning streak by double digits. The Gators will close the regular season this week against Howard (Tuesday) and Marriotts Ridge (Thursday).
Hammond closes with road games against Glenelg on Tuesday and Mt. Hebron on Thursday.

Chapelgate 59, St. Mary's 47
The Yellowjackets got 19 points from Terrell Willis on the way to winning their regular season finale by 12. However even with the win, which forced a three-way tie for the sixth and final playoff spot in the MIAA B Conference, Chapelgate ends up losing the tiebreaker to make the tournament.
Chapelgate will now not play again until next Tuesday against Coppin Academy at Coppin State University.
