Gentle Shade Road, 7000 block, 6:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. Sept. 26. Entry gained by prying front door open. Computer stolen. Police believe might be related to another burglary on same street.

Whiteacre Road, 9600 block, between 4 and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 25. Four males approached person and asked him if he wanted to buy electronics. Person declined and was assaulted. Cell phone stolen.
Stevens Forest Road, 5700 block, between 8 and 9 p.m. Sept. 23. Two males approached a person, asked for a cigarette, then showed a gun, demanded valuables and assaulted the person. Cell phone, cash and cigarettes stolen.
McGaw Court, 8900 block, 12:35 p.m. Sept. 23. Failure to return rental car to Enterprise Rental.
Pigeonwing Place, 9200 block, 4:26 a.m. Sept. 23. Vehicle theft attempted. Man arrested.
Phelps Luck Drive, 5300 block, 9:48 p.m. Sept. 22. Man entered store with gun, demanded cash and fled with money.
Hayshed Lane, 8700 block, 4:33 p.m. Sept. 22. Attempted vehicle theft. Ignition popped.
Sweetwind Place, 5700 block, 4:07 a.m. Sept. 22. Items stolen from vehicle. Vehicle theft also attempted. Police making traffic stop at routes 108 and 29 discovered stolen items. Two people arrested.
West Columbia
Little Patuxent Parkway, 10100 block, between 3 and 3:10 p.m. Sept. 25. Three males entered Exxon-Mobil store, showed gun, demanded cash and fled with money.
Swift Stream Place, 10300 block, 7:19 p.m. Sept. 23. Entry attempted by banging on door, asking to be let in. Resident was home. No entry gained.
Durham Road East, 5000 block, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 23. Entry gained. Safe removed, but found in yard intact.
Cedar Lane, 5200 block, between 5:50 and 6 a.m. Sept. 23. Entry gained to unlocked model apartment. Person found sleeping inside, arrested.
Wilde Lake Terrace, 10300 block, 5:52 p.m. Sept. 21. Entry gained to garage. Bicycle stolen.
Swift Stream Place, 10400 block, 8:43 a.m. Sept. 21. Silver 1996 Honda Civic stolen.
Cedar Lane, 5400 block, 4:40 p.m. Sept. 20. Person reported being assaulted by several people. Person did not give police descriptions of the people, refused medical treatment.
