Julie and Clint Crouse, of Ellicott City, announce the birth of their son, Carson Michael Crouse, on Sept. 15, 2011, at 4:57 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces. His grandparents are John and Jamie Carson, of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; and Beth Crouse, of Virginia Beach, Va.
