The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Atholton High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminology and criminal justice and a minor in human development. She is currently employed as the committee clerk for the Ways and Means Committee with the Maryland House of Delegates, in Annapolis.
The future groom is a 2005 graduate of River Hill High School and a 2009 graduate of McDaniel College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and psychology. He earned a Master of Arts in government, with a concentration in law and public policy from Regent University, in Virginia Beach, Va., in 2011. He is currently attending Phoenix School of Law, in Phoenix.
Melanie and Doug Cable, of Columbia, announce the marriage of their daughter, Megan Cable, to Nikolaj Rossovskij, also of Columbia, on June 11, 2011.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Hammond High School. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Occupational Therapy atTowson University.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of Hammond High School and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He is currently a Second Lieutenant in theU.S. Marine Corps.
The ceremony was held at the USNA Chapel and officiated by Chaplain Denise Wallingford, LCDR, USN. A reception was held at the Chart House, in Annapolis. Allison Cable, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor, and fellow Marine Corps officer 2nd Lt. Luke Mannion served as the best man.
Jess and Vicki Hill, of Columbia, announce the marriage of their daughter, Lauren Kathleen Hill, to Brian Patrick MacInnes, son of Rick and Patsy MacInnes, of Columbia, on June 4, 2011.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Hammon High School and a 2009 graduate of Boston University's School of Management. She is currently employed as a senior pricing manager for AT&T Services.

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and currently reside in Seattle.
