Baltimore County police have asked for the public's help in identifying the man responsible for robbing the SunTrust Bank's branch inside the Safeway grocery store at 5660 Baltimore National Pike at 2:12 p.m. June 29.
According to a release from the police, a man between 25 and 35 years old entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the man left with another man and fled in a vehicle, the release stated.
The robber is described as a black man, 5-foot-10, 150-175 pounds, with brown eyes and a tattoo on each forearm.
Detectives believe the man may be responsible for the June 4 robbery of a PNC Bank inside a Giant Food store at the 8100 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, according to the release.
The police ask anyone with information about the man to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587.
Callers to Metro Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and may receive an award of up to $2,000.
