Catonsville crime log: Cash box stolen from locked desk drawer at church

Baltimore National Pike, 6200 block, 2:45 a.m., Jan. 29. Man with knife approached a woman walking and demanded money. He grabbed woman's bag and fled. Money stolen.

Maple Avenue, 200 block, between noon, Jan. 21 and noon, Jan. 28. Residence ransacked. Rifle, stereo speakers and stained glass stolen.

Orpington Road, 600 block, 9:30 a.m.-3:10 p.m., Jan. 27. Lock cut off detached garage. Subwoofer stolen.

Edmondson Avenue, 6000 block, 1-7:30 p.m., Jan. 26. Laptop stolen from residence.

Rambling Oaks Way, unit block, 6:47 p.m., Jan. 26. Man stayed in vacant apartment without permission of owner. Nothing stolen or damaged.

Edmondson Avenue, 1900 block, between 3 p.m., Jan. 25 and 10 a.m., Jan. 26. Office door and locked drawers of Immanuel United Church of Christ pried open. Cash box stolen.
