- A Civil War-themed playground named for Sgt. Alfred B. Hilton was dedicated Monday in the park bearing his name off of Gravel Hill Road, just west of Havre de Grace. Hilton, a Black soldier in the Union Army, is the only person born in Harford County to receive the Medal of Honor.
