Maiden Choice Lane, 1200 block, 4 p.m.-5 p.m., Aug. 20. Man working on vacant property he owns saw another man on his front porch. After conversation, man on front porch left. Property owner discovers his wallet that was on the kitchen counter in the house was missing.

Hammonds Ferry Road, 3200 block, 12 p.m., Aug. 11-12:46 p.m., Aug. 19. Two grinders taken from construction site.

Third Avenue, 700 block, 6:40 a.m., Aug. 11 to 9 a.m., Aug. 17. Lock broken on door to storage building in Hillcrest Park. Two shelves and cabinet taken.

Virginia Avenue, 2700 block, 4:31 p.m., Aug. 16. Rear window was broken. Police responded to burglary in progress. Four males ran out front door. Man and juvenile were arrested. Other two were not caught. Man was charged with fourth-degree burglary.

Fenor Road and Norfen Road, 1:26 a.m., Aug. 15. Two men were walking home when approached by man who said, "Kick out your pockets." The man pointed black semi-automatic handgun at the two men. The two men ran away in different directions. The man with the gun followed one before fleeing.
