Halloween on horizon

Stacy Owens Burke reminds the community that it's not too early to think about the annual Haunted Hollows offered before Halloween.

This year's event will be held at Southwest Area Park, Oct. 13, 14, 15, from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Cost is $3 for ages 3-12 years and $5 for ages 13 and older.

This will mark the 28th version of the popular event and it's anticipated that those brave enough will experience thrills and chills during their 20-minute walk.
