Ruff's Mill Road north and east of Bel Air will be closed to all through traffic from Route 1 to Thomas Run Road beginning July 9 for about five months.

Ruff's Mill Road will be closed during bridge reconstruction, according to the Harford County Department of Public Works.

Motorists who routinely travel Ruff's Mill Road should make other arrangements.
