Two hunted in Edgewood armed robbery

The Harford County Sheriff's Office is in the early stages of an investigation into an armed robbery in Edgewood Wednesday evening.

Around 5:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of St. Christopher Court, two men entered the kitchen of the home, where three people were eating shrimp, according to a police report. The men entered through the rear glass sliding door, according to the police report, pointed a black colored long barreled revolver at the trio and made them empty their pockets.

The robbers then stole a bottle of prescribed Oxycodon medication from one of the victims before running out of the residence.

Police officers from Baltimore and Harford counties were unable to locate the men, who were described as tall and thin black men wearing black hooded sweat shirts and between 20 and 30 years old.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Det. Greg MacGillivary at 410-836-5003.
