Amy Groth and Kenneth Ramberg have announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Vernon and Joyce Rosenbalm, of Havre de Grace. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She is employed by the Army and has two sons from a previous marriage.
The groom-to-be is the son of Richard and Carolyn Ramberg, of King George, Va. He is a graduate of Gaithersburg High School. He is employed by the City of Baltimore and has a daughter and a son from a previous marriage.
The couple is planning a fall wedding next year in Harford County.
