Edward and Joyce Lilly of Street announce the engagement of their guardian daughter, Catherine Marie Baumgartner, to William Carl Keitzman of Havre de Grace, son of the late Carl W. Keitzman.
Keitzman is a retired engineer at Aberdeen Proving Ground and a lieutenant colonel of the Army reserves. Baumgartner is an associate of Sephora and ministers to god's children.
The couple met at a Harford Habitat for Humanities building site, and Keitzman proposed to Baumgartner on a Sephora business trip to New York on May 18, while strolling in Central Park.
They will be wed at Swan Harbor Farms in Havre de Grace followed by sunset dinner cruise on the Lantern Queen. They will honeymoon in beautiful Havre de Grace.
They have submitted their lives, marriage and future to the Lord Jesus Christ in his holy name.
