According to the Maryland Board of Physicians website, mbp.state.md.us the medical license of Dr. Rakesh Mathur, who has the clinic listed as the primary practice, was suspended on Feb. 7.

"The Board determined that the physician's conduct constituted a substantial likelihood of a risk of serious harm to the public health, safety and welfare based on the physician's prescribing of opiod medications while failing to use reasonable safeguards or to exercise due diligence," the website listed as the reason for suspension.
